🧭 Management Algorithm

1. Stop volatile agents and oxygen delivery IMMEDIATELY

2. Disconnect circuit and remove burning material/ETT

3. Extinguish fire using saline or wet gauze

4. Re-establish ventilation with 100% O₂ when safe

5. Re-intubate if possible using new ETT

6. Bronchoscopy to assess thermal injury

7. Consider ICU referral for surveillance of airway oedema
