I'm glad I'm not the first one in this space. Fortunately there are a bunch of others who have been doing great stuff to connect and support the Rural Generalist community. Links to their amazing work are below (if something is missing that is awesome, please let me know and I'll post it here).

Connecting to RGAs:

  • It cannot be overstated the effort that Greg Coates has put into finding, approaching, connecting, educating and supporting . He is still coordinating weekly tutorials you had better be working during to miss. If you haven't heard of it and you're thinking of starting training as an RGA, are currently in RGA training or have previously completed training, come and join the community by clicking on that link above.

Links:

  • The man willing to ultrasound anything Casey Parker lives at

  • Airway specialist, retrievalist, problem solver and icon of the rural space Tim Leeuwenberg has been at for more than 15 years

Podcasts:

  • ACRRMs very own Emily Moody, has a College endorsed podcast on being a rural Gen... ?

  • Casey had a podcast for a while too. The archives (and a list of good podcasts filtered by the man himself) is .

Other Miscellania

  • My other contribution is over at . It continues to be updated and added to by our team and is the second most popular ICU primary training resource.
